Build your business. Together!
A free community for business owners. Practical help, honest feedback and accountability, led by Chad Tennent and Seth Scrimo. Started in Wooster, Ohio, open to owners anywhere.

Built for owners who show up.
This isn't a place to collect business cards. It's for people running a real business who want to get better at it, and who'll help the next owner do the same.
You're already running something
A shop, a crew, a service, a studio. Big or small, new or ten years in, as long as it's operating.
You want to grow
More customers, better systems, a little more time back. You're willing to do the work to get there.
You'll pitch in
When another owner is stuck on something you've already figured out, you share what worked.
A week inside the group. Three check-ins.
Short, useful, and built around getting things done. Post when it helps you, help when you can.
Priorities
Post the one thing that has to get done this week. Saying it out loud is half the work.
Problem-solving
Stuck on something? Bring it. Owners who have been there weigh in with what actually worked.
Progress
Show what moved this week. Small wins count, and so do the honest misses.
Monthly meetups are in the works. We'll post dates here once they're set.
Where are you starting from?
Run a free business baseline. It gives you a real starting point, so a few months from now you can see what actually moved.
It checks what anyone can see from the outside: your website and your Google presence. It can't see your sales, your books or your customers, so treat it as a starting point, not a verdict on your business. One baseline per business.
Run my free baselineYour website, scored out of 100
Speed, mobile, Google basics, trust and how clearly it asks for the call.
Where you show up on Google Maps
Your rank across your area, next to your top competitor. Needs your Google listing.
Your most useful fixes
In plain English, with why each one matters.
Built by owners. For owners.
We started this because real support for a business owner is hard to find. There's plenty of networking and plenty of events, but not much that helps with the actual work of running and growing a business.
Chad Tennent
Chad has started and grown several businesses, including Woosh Delivery, the all-in-one delivery service he launched in Wooster in 2017. Today he runs Scroll Theory Media: websites, Google visibility, and the systems that turn interest into booked work. That's the side of your business he'll dig into with you.
Seth Scrimo
Seth is a Marine Corps veteran and the founder of Scrimo Fitness, voted Wooster's People's Choice for Best in Fitness. He built it from nothing into a business that has helped thousands of people change their health. He runs the community side: the check-ins, the meetups, and keeping everyone showing up.
Questions, answered.
Is it really free?
Yes. The community and the business baseline are both free. Down the road the group plans to offer optional paid help for owners who want hands-on work. You'll never need it to take part.
